By decreasing stress both physically and mentally and increasing fuel through nutrition, you can kick-start a change in culture and environment! Following this workshop, you will have the opportunity to go deeper in to one of the areas in the breakout sessions. For the break out sessions, you have a choice of: a nutrition demo; individual spinal & posture checks; or a mindset revelation session!
