Did you know that 90% of serotonin (your feel good hormone) is actually MADE in your gut!!
Also that 70-80% of your IMMUNE system is in your gut!!
Amazing, right!
It’s great to know how important our gut health is but as a busy mum myself, racing around between work, family commitments and endless other kids activities (let alone what our pets need!), everything can just feel really hard.
Often we grab something quickly on the run for ourselves and the kids, feeling like we are just in ‘survivor mode’, which ultimately ends up making us feel really blah.
Never fear – I am not here to complicate your life – I am here to make your life easier!
