HarbourCare Kayak Clean-up – 2066 Litter Challenge

Join the HarbourCare team for a kayak clean-up this Plastic Free July as part of the 2066 Litter Challenge!

We will be kayaking up the Lane Cove River, targeting a known litter hotspot within the mangroves to help protect Lane Cove’s estuarine ecosystems.

Kayaks supplied (sport/touring design), medium level fitness required, a little kayaking experience preferred but not necessary.

Minimum age 11 years old. Under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Bags, gloves and litter pickers provided.

BYO water. Must wear enclosed shoes to attend.

No corporate bookings allowed; max. 2 tickets per group.

Please note: Refunds only available up to 7 days prior to event. Please let us know at your soonest convenience if you are no longer able to attend so that we can open tickets to the Waitlist.

To ensure this is a COVID-safe activity, numbers are strictly limited. We will also be physically distancing on site and hand sanitiser will be provided. All equipment is disinfected before and after use.

Please do not attend on the day if you are feeling unwell or have any cold/flu symptoms.
