History Talk @ Lane Cove Library – The Australian Light Horse 1917 – 1918: Thursday 19 October, 6:15pm – 8:00pm.
Rod Cooke, from the Lane Cove R.S.L Sub-Branch, will discuss the role of the Australian Light Horse during the final years of World War I and the last successful cavalry charge at Beersheba. Rod served 16 years in the Australian Army and graduated from Duntroon.
