Low Tox Kids – Digital Workshop

In this reassuring and empowering workshop, author Alexx Stuart, will help you to find confidence to make great consumer choices for your children.

We’ll examine the top preservatives, additives and chemicals that are found in common foods, personal care products and around the home, and discover where minimising exposure would be a good idea due to the potential health and environmental issues.

We look at what to do about nasties in your home, and what you can swap them for. You will walk away armed with a greater awareness of what to look out for, and some quick wins you can make for the health of your children, your home and the planet.

This workshop is suitable for parents of kids under 10, parents-to-be, grand-parents or carers.
