Memory Van in the Plaza (part of Lane Cove Seniors Festival)

Would you like to know more about dementia, memory and ageing? Pop along to the Plaza and pick up information and resources about dementia and brain health. There will be a representative from Dementia Australia who will be able to answer questions on healthy ageing, memory loss, dementia and local dementia services.
