Free Small Group PT session for 16-24-year males.
This Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) session for young men aged 16-24, will be led by a male trainer that will demonstrate the basics of weightlifting and how to program your workouts to gain balanced muscle mass. Session is at an off-peak time for more time on equipment at Lane Cove Aquatic and Leisure Centre. To attend this session, you must be:
• Male aged 16-24 years
• New or a novice gym user
• A Lane Cove resident
