reACTIVATE – Fitness Solutions for Seniors

Sydney Community Services has a *NEW* fitness class for seniors at the Meeting House, Lane Cove North.

Join Andrew Fisher, an expert facilitator, for a series of functional fitness classes every Monday, 10.4am to 11.45am, starting on 14 October 2024.

Classes:

– Are tailored to different levels of ability, mobility and strength

– Will enhance your flexibility and balance

– Will help reduce the risk of falls and injuries

– Can improve muscle strength.

And following the class you can join us for tea, coffee and a chat.

WHEN: Every Monday, 10.45am – 11.45am, commencing 14 Oct 2024.

COST: First class free, then pay by the term: 9-week term $108 ($12 per class)

VENUE: Sydney Community Services, Meeting House Hub, 23a Stokes St, Lane Cove North.
