Reconnect – Seniors Social Wellness Program – DUMP Breathwork and Meditation Session Workshop

Come and join us for week three of our free 4-week program in support of Mental Health Month. Workshops and information sessions will be different each week and include a light morning tea.

Week Three Workshop

Join DUMP for a session of breathwork and connection with your community. This session will offer the technique of breathwork in combination with meditation and team building activities to share some ways to improve your mental wellbeing. This immersive experience will be fully guided by qualified practitioners.

Information

Care Finder is a free, face-to-face service that helps older people navigate the aged care system and connect with additional wrap-around support in the community. They will provide information to assist those who may be isolated and struggling to engage with the system.
