Reconnect – Seniors Social Wellness Program – Lifeline Workshop ‘Start the Conversation’
Come and join us for week one of our free 4-week program in support of Mental Health Month. Workshops and information sessions will be different each week and include a light morning tea.
Week One Workshop
Lifelines ‘Start the Conversation’ workshop equips participants with the confidence to identify crises in others, master techniques for initiating meaningful dialogues, and emphasises the importance of non-judgmental listening.

Councils Road Saftey team will provide information and resources on seniors road safety in Lane Cove. Free goodie bag with this session.
