The Golf Clubhouse is being redeveloped into an Indoor Sports complex, so tell Council that the comfy, large INDOOR social function/music & dance space must be retained for Lane Cove’s community to hire for social use. We have NO Town Hall.

Dan Barnett is Sydney’s premier vocalist & trombonist, a renowned bandleader and has performed and recorded with some of the greats including INXS, Dragon, The Whitlams, Culture Club, James Morrison, Tommy Emmanuel, Jack Johnson, Jimmy Barnes & many more. Dan is a highly sought-after featured soloist who regularly performs at international festivals. The Billy Burton Band: Ray Alldridge on keys, Ron Lemke on drums, Stan Valacos on bass and Billy Burton on trumpet and flugelhorn. As resident band leader at Sydney’s iconic Chequers Nightclub and The Chevron Silverspade Room, Billy and his orchestra performed with internationally acclaimed artists including Stevie Wonder, Tom Jones, Shirley Bassey, Dusty Springfield, Jose Feliciano, Bobby Darin and countless others who toured Australia in the 60s and 70s as well as a regular on TV & Radio. Billy is still both confounding and brilliant & a Lane Cove local legend !

Fundraising will go to the non-government organisations and campaigns helping defend Koala & Wildlife habitat, old growth native forests, bushland in rural and urban areas, and encouraging better environmental policy, eg: The North East Forest Alliance & TEC.
