In partnership with chef Tim Talam (ex Masterchef Contestant) of Vic’s Premium Quality Meats, join us for an exclusive dinner where Tim Talam & Alberto Ranalli (Head Chef Little Red Robin) present Sustainable Game Meat Dinner on Thursday 3rd October.
With a bespoke menu of sustainable game meat, exclusively designed by Tim & Alberto, plus a Sustainable Game meat Q&A with Tim on the night and matching premium European wines by Alessandro Nelli (Owner Little Red Robin) this is an event not to be missed.
PLUS diners will be asked to vote for the best dish of the night and the winning dish will be crowned ‘Friends of Good Food Month Winning Dish’ and available exclusively on the menu all month long during October for Good Food Month.
$125 person for 4 courses & matching wines or $85pp no wines (wine / drinks can be purchased on the night).
There are 40 tickets available to the dinner event. Bookings are essential.
