We place an emphasis on client education as we understand that nutrition comprises 70% of the work going into weight loss while the other 30% your training

Please join Connor & Kat for an  online shopping tour which aims to educate you on what macronutrients are and how they are calculated, what foods are considered excellent/good/poor when tracking, interpreting food labels, types of fruit and vegetables, knowing how to choose the best option when it comes to packaged foods and creating meals in the My Vision app.
