Movement is vital to your wellbeing – stimulating your brain and circulating nutrients for all cellular processes. What you do with your body – your habitual patterns/posture, determines how you feel and affects the state of your health. The feeling of ease and vibrancy comes when movement is free and connected throughout your system.
Do you have sections that are stuck/stiff? Learn to listen to the sensory feedback signals of your body and shift unnecessary tension / holding patterns in these Awareness Through Movement workshops on the first Sunday of the month. We explore how movement can be supported and connected throughout your whole body, to prevent strain by improving your posture, balance and co-ordination.
