Come and explore the wildflowers and wildlife along the Lane Cove River as part of Mental Health Month. Getting out into nature is the perfect way to improve our mental and physical well-being and you may be amazed at what you start to notice when you take the time to ‘stop and smell the roses!’
This bushwalk is approximately 1.5km long on a bush track with steps, uneven surfaces and boardwalks. It is not suitable for prams or mobility aids.
