WOMEN’S HEALTH WEEK. 2 – 6 SEPTEMBER
Women’s Health Week is an initiative of the Jean Hailes for Women’s Health Organisation, a national not-for-profit organisation promoting Women’s Health.
Women’s Health Week is the time for women to put themselves first, for just one week, and start making positive changes that can last a lifetime.
And to support Women’s Health Week three fitness specialists for mums : Jody Secker from MumaBubs, Magdalena Hawley from Mums Going Strong Fitness and Jenine Dilts-Bayman: Mums With Bubs Fitness have collaborated and organised this online FaceBook event to help you to look after yourself.
These mums are passionate about supporting other women on their mum journey and inspiring healthy living within families. They will share with you tips about nutrition, health and exercise and provide advice and tools for happier, healthier lives.
The two biggest barriers for women not maintaining a healthy lifestyle is ‘lack of time’ and ‘health not being a priority’. However a women’s health not only impacts on the individual woman but affects all those who interact and/or rely on her, it affects whole family.
So join this online event and share the love by inviting your friends.
Even if you can’t make it online at the scheduled times, make sure you hit “GOING” so you will have access to it to watch it later.
