G26
G26 is an activity for Girls in Grades 2-6 (hence G26). It meets every Friday night during school terms from 5.30-7.00pm. The aims of G26 are to:
- Help girls to connect with Jesus
- Nurture the girls in their faith
- Provide a caring environment in which girls can have fun with their friends
- Provide a bridge between the church and the community
A typical Friday night includes games, a time for teaching/learning from the Bible and a craft activity. They often sing great songs and always talk to God about the things they’ve learnt. Sometimes they have small discussion groups where girls can ask questions. Craft time is always lots of fun because they do all sorts of creative things.
Girls who come to G26 can be guaranteed that they will have a great time. It’s a relaxing way to spend Friday night with friends after a busy week at school. Girls are welcome to come for a couple of weeks before they sign up and pay the fees ($50/year).
