Kimberley Playground
Kimberley Playground can be accessed via Dorritt Street or Kimberley Avenue.  Parking on both sides.  It is a popular place for parents to walk to after school and the kids can have a play and the parents can catch up.  There is also a street library located a the park so you can grab a book and read to the kids in the shade.
The company that designed the park has described the park as follows:

“Kimberley Playground is a popular neighbourhood park surrounded by large shady trees. The nature inspired design of Lappset Flora playground equipment blends with the environment and was the ideal choice for the recent upgrade by Lane Cove Council. The new playspace features a Goblin’s Forest with slide and Goblin’s track, Troll’s climbing track, Froggy spinner and two swings, including a birds nest swing.  This wonderful new design provides creative and challenging play options for a variety of age groups”.

Good: Plenty of shade.  Recently upgraded and includes equipment for toddlers and school-aged kids
Bad: No toilets
Toilets: No
Cafe: Grab a coffee at Jack & Co at BP Northwood (use Hey You and it is ready when you get there)  or grab a coffee from Lane Cove before picking up the kids from school.
