It’s no secret that ITC is a big fan of Chargrill Charlies (for many reasons). We even wrote an article on how much we enjoy their chips (and we have eaten many many over the years). However, 2018 is the year ITC is trying to get fitter and eat a wide variety of healthy foods (while still enjoying some favourites in moderation).
The ITC family regularly tucks into a Chargrill Charlie’s salad and now their salad range has expanded with the launch of Roxy’s Clean + Lean Salads. Chargrill Charlies has collaborated with Roxy Jacenko to create some very interesting looking salads.
If, like ITC, you may have indulged a bit throughout the festive season and holiday period, and you are looking to get back on track it might be a good idea to check out the new salads. After all everyone knows that new year’s resolutions start on 1 February 2018 (after the kids are back at school)!!
Being time poor and always on-the-go are two of the main reasons people reach for less than healthy options, but Roxy’s Clean + Lean Salads will ensure you don’t have to forgo health for convenience!

The Shred – Butter lettuce, bean sprouts, grilled asparagus, cucumber, shredded chicken breast, celery, mint, chives and Asian style light dressing. This salad is a light chicken salad that is super healthy with tonnes of fresh, green ingredients. The fish sauce dressing completes this salad perfectly!
Euro Glow – Mixed organic quinoa, turmeric, cumin, apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, diced capsicum, diced Spanish onion, chickpeas, sliced roasted almonds, dried cranberries with finely chopped parsley, dill & mint. A heart-warming quinoa salad that is beautiful in colour and taste that works particularly well with fish.
Summer Melt – Barley, cucumber, radicchio, heirloom tomatoes, grilled halloumi, chickpeas, marinated artichokes, basil, parsley, Spanish onion and pomegranate, finished with a light dressing of lemon juice, olive oil and honey. This fresh Mediterranean style salad with grilled Halloumi and sweet tomatoes is bursting with flavour and fresh basil. Great for any occasion!
Roxy’s Clean + Lean Salads will be available at all from the 1st February through until the end of March 2018 at Lane Cove’s Chargrill Charlies and their nine other stores at Mosman, Neutral Bay, Willoughby, Wahroonga, Woollahra, St. Ives, Mona Vale, Rose Bay and Annandale (so tell your friends).
