We all know that 2020 has been a strange year. However, during 2020 we have discovered our backyards and the love of gardening and outdoor living. We have also embraced indoor plants like never before. It’s spring, warmer days have arrived, and the beautiful outdoors is calling. As we shake off winter like never before, our outside space is now our oasis. A place we gather with family to enjoy as the days get longer and our time outside extends.
We don’t have a garden centre in Lane Cove, but we do have one not far away from us at Eden Gardens Macquarie Park. Their vision is “to be universally recognised as the world’s leading retailer of plant-related products that enrich people’s lives.”
We asked Eden Gardens to give us the lowdown on Outdoor Living and what is on trend (think every shade of green). Take it away, Eden Gardens……
Outdoor Living
In-store we are bringing the lush to your space. Think big leafy palms in varieties like Australian Fan palms, giant Alocasias, Sago palms and all our regular beauties like Bird of Paradise, Golden Cane, Parlour and Kentia palms.
New pots, furniture and homewares in sunbleached whites will fill the store along with tropical plants and dried palms to deliver that real vacation vibe.
Modern whites, cool greens and a natural palette set this look – delivered by textured pots, natural fibres + woods and every shade and shape of green.
Vacation Vibes in The Cafe
We know everyone’s dreaming of holidays in far off lands. Nostalgic for the traditional trip with family or friends. Maybe you missed celebrating a special birthday or were looking forward to exploring somewhere new! We hear you!
All this October we will give you Vacation Vibes and take your tastebuds to global destinations with menu and drink specials in the Cafe.
