Allura Homes Go Into Liquidation
Allura Homes’ head office is located in Lane Cove West, and they have several homes under construction in the Lane Cove Council area. They have a unique Riverview collection with houses designed for blocks in Riverview. Their collapse has been distressing for locals. Mr Dale Skinner has been appointed as the Liquidator.
According to an article in the Daily Telegraph:
“The company’s inability to keep up with inflation pressures” was to blame for its failure, Mr Skinner said.
“My office retained company employees to inspect all sites and ensure they were secured on appointment,” he added.
“My office has made arrangements with the fencing supplier, Hire Rite, to ensure no fencing is removed and provided the customer’s details to the supplier so that the owners maintain current and future security.”
The following information was recorded on the ASIC site:
Allura Homes Pty Ltd Trading As Formerly Trading As “Allura Designer Homes” “Allura Projects” “Urban Link Australia” “Urban Link Homes Australia”, ABN: 60163774383, Main Business Location: NSW 2066, Notice Date: July 24, 2023, Liquidator: Dane Skinner

Bridget Kennedy – Contemporary Jeweller
I specialise in contemporary ‘remakeries’ and bespoke personalised workshops to commemorate special occasions, such as making your own wedding rings.
As a contemporary jewellery and object maker I’m sensitive to the connection and meaning that jewellery can embody and enjoy sharing the process of making unique commissioned work. One of the things I love to do is to refashion tired and broken jewellery into contemporary heirlooms. It’s fun to do and means less gold is dug out of our precious planet.
Inherited jewellery is often stored, hidden from view, filled with the memory of loved ones but never worn because it’s not to our taste. It’s such a waste to have these memories and materials locked away. I can help you use your existing gold and gemstones in a new way, creating new memories and meaning. If required, I can also work with new gold and stones.
Visitors to my studio are invited to browse the cabinets of work. Located in Lane Cove, the home-based studio is open by prior appointment.
An online shop has a selection of unique jewellery handmade by a curated selection of Australian jewellery artists.
