Winterfest and Neon Lights at The Canopy

    Winterfest is now on in The Canopy and will continue until 21 July 2024.  There will be light activations, a winter disco with illuminated hula hoops and roller skating at Sunset Diner.

    Neon Lights

    Light activations have been set up in The Canopy and you have your chance to take some very cute selfies.  Take a picture of yourself skiing in The Canopy or wearing a ski sweater.  The activation is by Volter International.   They are the company behind the incredibly successful Moama Lights.

    The light activation was scheduled to begin on Monday, 8th July 2024; however, there was a glitch with the power, and they are now working – a roving reporter told us they saw them on at 10.00 am in the morning.

    Get ready to take those selfies, and please tag us at @inthecove so we can share some of your photos.

    Nacho Pop DJ Nights

    Nacho Pop is one of Australia’s leading choreographers and dancers and he is a Lane Cove local.  He has worked with Justice Crew and was a choreographer on So You Think You Can Dance Australia.

    Get ready to dance and have fun with neon hula hoops while Nacho Pop blasts out his favourite songs.  However it is a first come, first served basis (so we suggest you arrive early)

    Roller Skating at Sunset Diner

    Put the 11th and 18th of July into your diary for a unique and fun experience at Sunset Skate, with a pop-up roller rink set amidst the vibrant atmosphere of Sunset Diner.  It is for two nights only, and you can book (for all ages) from 5 pm.

    Take a spin under the stars and enjoy 30-minute sessions of roller skating fun.

    Skate Hire is available for everyone.
