Batch by Batch developed from a desire to cater to the discerning market that prefers quality food gifts. Their philosophy is that food gifts and hampers should be bespoke, and only include handmade foods from ingredients sourced in Australia (whenever possible).
The Batch by Batch Team
Batch by Batch’s founder is Cate Holst. Cate is a food researcher and product developer. She is responsible for the design and manufacturing of all Batch by Batch products. Her extreme love of gourmet food development translates to her skills as a graphic designer. Packaging designed by Cate always reflects a seasonal and celebratory emphasis on all of their products
Supporting the team also is Helen Jones, Cate’s Mother, founder of Gallery Gourmet online and now participating in test kitchen activities and customer service.
