Have Your Say – Proposed LEP Amendment for Northwood Shops
Council is consulting with the community in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 & Regulation 2000 and the Local Government Act 1993, on a Planning Proposal to amend the Local Environmental Plan to provide for a 130-bed residential aged-care facility at 4-18 Northwood Road and 274/274A Longueville Road Northwood.
The consultation period commences on Thursday, 8 March 2018 and will close Thursday, 19 April 2018.
The proposed LEP amendments seek to:-
A draft Development Control Plan has also been prepared, by the applicant, for these amendments.
