Join this friendly, regular group of local, like-minded souls for some do-able Yoga every Monday evening.
Committing to a Yoga course allows room for progressive sequencing and learning throughout the term, while that commitment brings the results you need from your Yoga practice. Classes are modify-able for those with less experience or carrying an injury.
