We’re taking our Yoga mats out into nature!
Join us in the shade – either on the Tennis Court, or in Central Park, for some Outdoor Yoga. Check out the class schedule here.
Classes are all 1hr, and are weather dependent (check the website for cancellations for rain or extreme heat).
We”ll provide the sunscreen & aeroguard.
Please BYO water bottle and whatever else you”ll need.
We”ll have a few loan mats available.
Casual visit $25, or use your valid Yogabowl class pass.
