Lane Cove Council is moving fast on its plans to rezone Leonards South for high-density
residential development. If Council’s plans for the area go ahead, we will see high density
development of over 2,400 units in blocks from 4 storeys to 19 storeys.
The population increase for the precinct is estimated at 4,700 residents.
Community members must tell Council what they think of this plan by 22 December.
