We have teamed up with Mark Uren from Lane Cove Chiropractic and he will be taking us through a part theory, part practical session on how to improve our running technique!
This is suitable for all levels and abilities, whether you call yourself a runner now, aspire to be a runner, or whether you want to move more efficiently in your life. Please wear gym attire, as part of the session will be practical. Spots are limited, so please RSVP ASAP via this Facebook event!
