Yin Yoga Autumn Workshop
31 March 2019 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am$39
Yin Yoga is hugely popular through the Sydney Yoga scene.
And it’s no wonder – it’s the only Yoga style that allows our fascia (deep connective tissue sheaths) to release & stretch.
In our Yin practice we maintain the poses at a comfortable “edge”. There is no forcing, just the creep effect as both physically and psychologically we let go and always find that next “edge.” As a result our muscles are able to reach their full range of motion in other aspects of life, and future Yoga practices.
Based on the Traditional Chinese Meridians, this 90min workshop will focus on the Kidney and Urinary Bladder meridians – which simultaneously stimulates the Heart, Lung & Stomach meridians.
This work stimulates & rejuvenates these systems in the body:
Supplementary meridians – clearing out any other physical / emotional / conscious and even subconscious blockages that may be lingering – including allergies.
Deep openers for the hips and lower back area.
Everyone who needs to pause.
Beginner right through to advanced Yogi’s.
All bodies are very welcome and will benefit.
Those needing to de-stress and stay healthy.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
After a deep practice like this, you may experience feelings of
More freedom in the hips and lower back area
Invigorated immune system, and calming allergies
Calm and relaxed
Those new to Yin will be sweetly surprised !
