Yin Yoga is hugely popular through the Sydney Yoga scene.
And it’s no wonder – it’s the only Yoga style that allows our fascia (deep connective tissue sheaths) to release & stretch.
In our Yin practice we maintain the poses at a comfortable “edge”. There is no forcing, just the creep effect as both physically and psychologically we let go and always find that next “edge.” As a result our muscles are able to reach their full range of motion in other aspects of life, and future Yoga practices.
Based on the Traditional Chinese Meridians, this 90min workshop will focus on the Kidney and Urinary Bladder meridians – which simultaneously stimulates the Heart, Lung & Stomach meridians.
