We are two Early Childhood professionals who have created a program providing children aged 2-5 with experiences, resources and environments that let their imagination and creativity run wild. Coming soon to the The Village Shopping Centre is JBI Jacqueline Boyd Imaging. Jacqueline Boyd specialises in animal photography and using her images to find homes for animals in need.
Rebranded/Rebranding
At the end of June, Stain Cafe Lane Cove was rebranded to become Mowbray Eatery.
Mowbray Eatery is Lane Cove’s FARM-TO-TABLE local destination open for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week and a changing weekly dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights 5.30-9.30. Mowbray focuses on seasonal and fresh ingredients and is supported and supports the Lane Cove community!
Le Simpatic O is closed for renovations and rebranding, and will be reopening as Suzie’s Restaurant, serving Modern European Cuisine. At this stage they will be reopened on Tuesday 12 July.
Patchai Thai Restaurant on Longueville Road has new signage.
Renovating
Bakers Delight will be closed from 3 July for refurbishment. If all goes to plan they will be back baking on Thursday 21 July. Hope you don’t get finger bun withdrawals!
Closed
-18 Meno Diciotto has now closed down, deciding not to renew their lease. Expect even longer queues at Gelatissimo this summer!
Bumble B’s (aka the front part of The Cake Man) closed down during the month. The original Cake Man patisserie and cafe is still operating at the rear of the arcade.
Rumours
There is an exciting rumour that a Vietnamese Pho restaurant will be opening sooner rather than later, in the shop just vacated by -18 Meno Diciotto.
Work continues on the new Spanish Tapas restaurant that is expected to open in the old BBQ King shop on Longueville Road.
