New Restaurants

Artisan Brooklyn will be opening on 15 September 2016 and Encasa will be opening next week as well.

Falling Trees

On Saturday a tree snapped and fell over on River Road (left lane, approaching Lane Cove from Greenwich, just before the turn into Northwood). Check out one resident’s quest for a dead tree to be removed near a public footpath.

Packed Crowds at the Lane Cove Bus Interchange

Transport for NSW has succeeded in pushing more people to the Lane Cove interchange. There are some hiccups with the new timetables.

Another Accident at the Corner of River Road and Longueville Road

Another accident has been reported at the corner of River Road and Longueville Road.  Lane Cove Council has asked the RMS to install an additional through arrow. People who are not used to travelling through this intersection ignore the red arrow light and continue through to Longueville road from Northwood Road. Check out Lane Cove’s black spots here.
