The team at Gluten Free Pasta Di Casa believes everyone should enjoy classic Italian cooking, regardless of their dietary needs.

Gluten Free Pasta Di Casa was conceived in Lane Cove in 2019 by happily engaged couple Anthony Dionne and Stephanie Russo.

With Anthony working as a qualified Chef suffering from coeliac disease, the creation of this business was a personal mission for the couple.

Anthony worked for many years in some of the best restaurants in Sydney, including Icebergs and Pendolino and Head Chef for some of Sydney’s most reputable pubs.

During this time, they realised a void in the market for fresh gluten-free pasta that was both safe for coeliacs and achieved the flavour rustic pasta is infamous for. As a result, the idea of Gluten Free Pasta Di Casa was born.

 

 

Gluten Free Pasta Handmade With Love

According to Coeliac Australia, coeliac disease affects, on average, approximately 1 in 70 Australians. However, around 80% of this number remain undiagnosed. This means the vast majority of Australians who have the coeliac disease don’t yet know it.

When preparing products, Chef Anthony undertakes a strict and rigorous process to ensure no cross-contamination is present.

This means coeliacs, gluten intolerant, and gluten avoiders can enjoy fresh pasta safely from the comfort of their home. Handmade with love, their products prove that food allergies don’t have to alienate coeliacs and people who prefer not to have gluten in their diet.

Utilising the finest ingredients, Gluten Free Pasta Di Casa produces a range of culinary delights with wholesome and preservative-free ingredients. Just fresh flavour-rich, gluten free pasta that won’t disappoint.

 

It might get mistaken for spaghetti, but you will notice Gluten Free Pass Di Cassa’s bucatini is a bit thicker upon further investigation. Simply cook in salted boiling water for 3 minutes and serve with your sauce of choice.

Gluten Free Pasta Di Casa currently offers delivery once a week to a range of suburbs across Sydney, with delivery days extended very soon.

For all our Lane Cove locals, free delivery is available. The team launched with Sydney delivery, but have plans to ship across Australia.
