Join this workshop and work on a variety of breathing exercises that ripple deep down into the nervous system and cause a grounded sense of balance and total calm and relaxation. A perfect way to reduce anxiety, over thinking, rushing and soothing the soul by spending time on restoring the body’s working systems in nerve pathways, circulation, slowing the heart rate and reducing muscle tension.

Importance & Benefits of Practicing Pranayama in Yoga. The word “Prana” stands for life force and this is believed to be the vital energy or life force that encompasses the body. This also serves as the link between the consciousness and the mind. Members free and Guests $55
