Learn about the relationship between your nervous system, joints, muscles and ligaments. In this workshop we will study Active vs Passive range of motion in your yoga practice; and how you can keep a healthy, safe and balanced movement routine. This will increase strength and stability for body longevity.
Perfect for all yoga levels, ages and modifications given. Members free, guests $55 just give Soulful Fitness a call if you are not a member
