Join our sound healer for amazing sounds from the crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments to vibrate your cells into healing and send your mind and body into deep relaxation.
In this session you lie down so wear warm comfy clothes and let the sounds of the crystal and Tibetan bowls wash over your body to heal and unwind the mind to relax so blissfully your sleep will be heavenly.
Please bring a warm blanket and a towel for the bolster.
Recommended for complete relaxation and to relieve stress and anxiety.
