Tai Chi in the Park with Soulful Fitness

Come along for an hour to find out what it’s about and try some moves…. outdoor practice gathers extra energy from nature.

The gentle exercise of Tai Chi improves balance, fitness, coordination, awareness, relaxation, general health and wellbeing but it’s not only physical exercise, it exercises the mind in so many ways.

This group activity may help overcome some self-consciousness of practicing outdoors whilst helping develop focus in overcoming distractions of what might be happening around us…. An extra valuable life skill.

Tai chi is a combination of wellness and balance. The movements are focused on balancing and using mindfulness to flow into the movement whilst calming the mind. This practice is perfect for those stressed or with pain needing restoration, balance and slowing down whilst strengthening joints and muscles. Energy and circulation are stimulated, working along the meridian lines to generate Qi energy and healing. Benefits include releasing emotional tension, psychological and physiological issues and increasing concentration, focus and relaxation. For all levels.
