Garçon Lane Cove Dine at Home Meals – French Flair at Home

Due to popular demand, Garçon is again offering its Dine From Home Menu.

Each week Garçon will release a new dine at home three-course meal menu.  This week’s new dine at home menu will be available from Thursday 20 January 2022.  To avoid disappointment pre-order on their website.

The meals are available for pick up or delivery from Garçon Lane Cove, Wednesday to Saturday.

Each dinner pack is designed for two and costs $75.00. A $10 delivery fee applies – delivery is for a 5Km radius from Lane Cove.

French Flair

The Head Chef at Garçon is Guillaume Le Gal.

Guillaume grew up in Britanny, a little town, on the west coast of France. His dad was a fisherman – now retired.  He was always around seafood cooked to perfection at family meals.

He studied hospitality management and fell in love with cooking.  He started work in France then packed his bags to head off to England, then New Zealand and Australia.   He made sure he always worked forr and with passionate people and absorb their knowledge.

Guillaume has lived in Australia for eight years.

His first Australian position as head chef was at Bittongourmet.  He has also worked at Mr Wong, Loluk and Auvers.

In 2018 Guillaum was a finalist in the Chef of the Year.  The Chef of the Year competition director Gary Farrell at the time said:

“The vast number of entries from senior professional chefs demonstrates this title has become one of the most sought-after in the Australian culinary landscape.”

At Garçon, his food philosophy is good French food with a little twist.  He wants Garcon’s diners to feel like they are travelling to France for a couple of hours and enjoying a meal with family and friends.

“I’m really thankful we have opened in this beautiful neighbourhood with my team of passionate chefs to cook some French classic dishes using seasonal Australian produce.”

Chicken Liver Parfait, Baguette, Cornichons and Apple Chutney


Main Course

Cassoulet Toulousain, Baked Beans, Pork Belly, Toulouse Sausage and Confit Duck



Belgium Dark Chocolate Mousse and Salted Caramel (they had us at chocolate and caramel)



Of course, you can still dine at Garcon in The Canopy and sample some of their cocktails.
