This 90 minutes workshop uses the foundation of Hatha yoga to introduce new postures and develop additional yoga skills.
In this class we’ll begin to introduce new ideas and develop body parts for a more challenging postures that require skills like arm balancing, leg over the head, deep back bends and lotus. You may surprise yourself and be able to do them. This is a new challenging but exciting introduction to your practice if you haven’t attempted yet.
It is an accessible and fun class that focuses on teaching posture technique. No advanced skills are needed to participate in this class, but a desire to expand are essential. Your teacher will introduce and guide you safely into these postures. By developing awareness of your postures and different parts of your body you’ll get new ideas to take back to your practice.
