Mitch (Michelle) Gibson started Yogabowl in 2005, wanting to bring safe, do-able Yoga classes to real people like you. Her fitness background meant she is very aware of the benefits of moving the body. What Mitch didn’t expect were the benefits to her emotional and mental health & wellbeing in Yoga.

Our June Long Weekend Relaxation & Yoga Retreat @ beautiful Yanada, in St. Albans will do just that. 90mins from Sydney, a million miles from the rat-race.

Not just a Yoga-weekend … there’s of free time for you to do whatever you please. Enjoy the optional Yoga program and/or enjoy all the facilities that Yanada has to offer (many books, games, jigsaws etc). Switch your phone off and plug into YOU.

Take a walk in the bush or by the river, explore the local St. Albans / Wisemans Ferry area, take naps, read a book by the fire or in the sun by the pool, colour in, knit, journal, evening movie nights – whatever your heart desires.

Book a massage or a Naturopathic consultation ($120/hour).

Retreat cost includes accommodation, all meals, all Yoga and activities. BYO wine with dinner.

Ends: Monday 13th June after lunch.
